Job summary

GTM Payroll & HR is expanding its team and seeking an enthusiastic Workforce Solutions Consultant to drive SAAS sales across a defined Capital District territory. You will source leads, develop tailored HR solutions, and partner with Sales Engineers to demonstrate our cloud-based HCM platform to clients and prospects of all sizes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of SAAS sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAAS sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within the Capital District with a reliable vehicle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or another CRM system).
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• HCM sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Source leads through networking, CRM data management, and referrals.
• Solution Development: Craft customized solutions with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: Collaborate with Sales Engineers to showcase cloud-based tech.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in HCM solutions including payroll, taxes, HR, benefits.
• Territory Management: Build and manage relationships within your region.
• Sales Closing: Understand client needs and close deals with the right solutions.
• Metrics Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate territory activity records.
• Client Relations: Upsell opportunities with existing clients.
