Job summary

HireLevel is seeking an HCM Sales Consultant to generate new client partnerships and fuel growth for our human capital management team. This on-site role in Murfreesboro, TN focuses on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business to impact earnings and company success.

The role drives a structured sales cycle, delivers tailored demos, and collaborates with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets while advancing client onboarding and implementation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience; CRM proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Source and cultivate opportunities via networking, channel partners, and self-generated outreach.
• Run disciplined prospecting to reach key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle.
• Analyze needs, shape solution scope, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, forecasts, and required sales/expense reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding/implementation meetings and client questions.
• Stay current on industry trends, broker practices, and competitive activity.
