You will develop and close new business within a defined territory, build relationships with business owners and executives, and deliver compelling product demonstrations of payroll, HR, and HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative software sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business.
• Experience managing a sales territory.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication.
• Familiarity with Salesforce; virtual selling tools preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Hybrid environment experience; Columbus area preferred.
