Job summary

Asure Software is seeking a motivated sales professional in the Chicago, IL area to drive growth within our Human Capital Management solutions. You will identify new prospects and develop existing relationships to enhance value for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills and a deep understanding of payroll services.

The position offers competitive on-target earnings of $110,000 to $150,000 annually, with a robust benefits package effective on day 1, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

• Experience selling payroll, HR, or related software and services is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License to be eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure clientele for new revenue.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on sales activities.
• Engage in continuous learning to understand industry trends.
