Job summary

Asure Software Inc. is seeking an AsureWorks Sales Executive to drive new revenue in the 25–150 employee market, selling high-value payroll and HR outsourcing solutions on the AsureWorks platform.

This fully managed service targets organizations needing more than technology. You will engage C-suite buyers, build a pipeline, deliver compelling proposals, and collaborate with solutions consultants and deal desks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• Experience selling HCM, PEO, ASO strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed assigned quota.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite and senior decision makers.
• Conduct disciplined discovery (BANT and financial due diligence) to ensure strong client fit and accurate forecasting.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and executive presentations.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants, Operations, Deal Desk, and specialty teams to architect multi-product solutions.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial financial agreements.
