Job summary

Asure Software is seeking a driven HCM Sales Executive in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area to build relationships with new and existing clients and drive revenue for our Human Capital Management platform. The role focuses on selling payroll, HR, and related software services, leveraging a broad partner network and industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience.
• Experience selling payroll/HR software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure Clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers to further penetrate the market.
• Create high impact presentations designed to depict and highlight the benefits of proposed Asure solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quota.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.
• Engage in continuous learning to understand industry trends and evolving AI tools.
