Job summary

Paychex is seeking a field-based sales professional to grow our PEO solutions in the San Diego area. You will identify prospects, present the Paychex suite to decision makers, and align the Go-to-Market strategy with client preferences for in-person or virtual meetings.

You will onboard PEO clients, manage referrals, complete paperwork, and travel as needed to conferences and training. The role offers a generous compensation mix with base pay plus commissions and a rewards program reflecting

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Go-to-Market strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solution to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources via phone, mail, seminars and events.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and refer to appropriate sales partner for client satisfaction.
• Complete and submit new business paperwork and weekly activity reports on schedule.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition to the service.
