Qualifications

• 1 year in client support or customer service.
• 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Strong payroll knowledge and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention by guiding the pod and engaging with clients.
• Monitor key client success metrics and identify improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement and coach team performance.
• Ensure readiness for HCM milestones such as quarter and year end.
• Act as escalation point and resolve client issues.
• Onboard new hires and maintain in-office presence when required.
