Job summary

Paylocity, an award-winning cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks an Implementation Consultant I for a 100% in-office role in Schaumburg, IL. You will support small business clients by configuring solutions that meet their needs, conduct needs analyses, and tailor system setups to improve efficiency and reporting.

You will ensure data conversion accuracy, validate results with clients, and provide hands-on support during the transition to Client Services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role with strong service orientation.
• Experience with HCM implementations or related projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional experiences during implementation.
• Provide post-implementation support including system maintenance and issue resolution.
• Assist clients in data migration, mapping, and validation for data integration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements related to payroll, HR, time, and labor.
• Review configuration to ensure alignment with client needs for optimal system use.
• Work with sales, product SMEs and project managers to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary.
