The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll outsourcing and is proficient in payroll and HR software. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• HR/Payroll outsourcing industry knowledge.
• Proficiency in using payroll and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to gather data for system configuration.
• Manage the implementation from kick-off through go-live.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on HRIS system use.
