Job summary

Insperity is seeking a skilled HCM implementation professional to deliver product implementation and support activities for Insperity Human Capital Management products and iSolved SaaS. The role involves client discussions, training, and documenting project requirements.

You will engage with stakeholders, define functional specifications, configure payroll/workflow setups, and mentor analysts while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes and reporting.
• Experience with client-facing meetings and project deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Leads calls with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates with project management teams to meet deadlines.
• Advises clients on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Configures software to optimize HR/payroll workflows and processes.
• Provides client training on the iSolved platform.
• Maintains high customer service standards and supports issue resolution.
• Develops relationships within the client organization to meet project goals.
