Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant, HCM to lead client onboarding for Payroll and HRIS solutions. You will guide configurations, run go-live activities, and ensure a smooth transition to support teams.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least an associate degree and 2+ years in HR/payroll outsourcing, with iSolved experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; HR/payroll knowledge beneficial.
• Experience with iSolved is required and strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand client payroll and HR requirements and gather data for configuration.
• Manage full implementation from kickoff to go-live with clear milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to align client needs.
• Provide training and guidance on the HRIS system for user adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain project milestones in Client Space.
