The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 3-5 years of consulting experience in HCM. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years consulting experience in HCM.
• Experience in medium/large scale projects.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement and gap analysis.
• Develop solutions based on customer analysis.
• Lead delivery of Configuration Workshop and Administration Training.
