Job summary

Thread HCM in Alpharetta, GA seeks an HCM Implementation Project Manager to lead iSolved implementations for new clients. You will guide data design, setup, and personalized training to drive full adoption by end of the project.

Responsibilities include managing multiple client projects, coordinating with trainers and resellers, and overseeing add-on services while maintaining high client satisfaction and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience implementing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• HR industry or HR technology experience is a plus.
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• 2 years of prior HCM SaaS Implementation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• New Client Implementations – analyze client needs and design the iSolved platform to fit them, aiming for NPS > 90 and SLA-adherent delivery.
• Project Management – set and maintain project expectations, track deliverables and timelines.
• Client Trainings – coordinate with Thread's Trainer and build a custom training plan for adoption.
• Reseller Implementations & Advanced Support – collaborate with reseller partners to design and support implementations.
• Implement Add On & Ancillary Services – manage add-on orders, setup, training and ongoing support.
