Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Manager of HCM to lead a team of payroll specialists providing client support and helping them meet career goals.

This role ensures client readiness for quarter and year-end processes, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with Client Relations for product adoption. In-office position in Duluth, GA with MS Office and iSolved experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related experience or equivalent combination.
• iSolved experience required for this position.
• 1 year in client support or customer service role.
• 1 year of experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and loyalty by ensuring pod effectiveness.
• Monitor team metrics and identify improvement projects.
• Ensure client readiness for quarter end and year end processes.
• Escalate and resolve client issues using de-escalation methods.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and performance management.
