Job summary

Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant, HCM, to lead client onboarding, configure payroll and HR solutions, and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support. You will work with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to meet client needs and drive successful implementations.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting live trainings, and troubleshooting issues to ensure accurate data and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2+ years related work experience.
• Experience with iSolved and payroll/HR outsourcing knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather client payroll and HR requirements and data for configuration.
• Manage full implementation from kickoff to go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to align needs.
• Lead client meetings to communicate timelines and milestones.
• Provide training on the HRIS system and promote user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Maintain Client Space in CRM with milestones and collateral.
• Transition clients to the service team after go-live.
