Job summary

Insperity is seeking an experienced implementation professional to deliver HRMS solutions and support to diverse clients using the isolved platform. You will lead enterprise-class HRMS implementations, coordinate with internal teams and customers, and advise on best practices for payroll, benefits, and reporting.

The role requires strong customer-facing communication, five or more years of experience in HRMS implementations, and expertise in applying tax rules across levels to configuration.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for customer-facing meetings.
• Ability to interpret tax rules at state, federal and local levels for software configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead product implementation and support activities with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with project management to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Consult with client decision-makers on HRMS requirements, reporting, payroll, benefits, and time setup.
• Provide client training on the isolved platform and ensure high customer satisfaction.
