Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. in Iowa is seeking Direct Support Professionals for entry‑level roles in home and community‑based services. You will work with individuals served, families, and the care team to implement behavioral care plans and support daily living goals.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. This role offers entry‑level responsibilities in a rewarding HCBS setting, with opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals served and team members.
• Willingness to learn in a caregiving field that is ever changing.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized goals with the HCBS team to teach skills and promote independence.
• Use approved behavioral strategies while respecting rights.
• Complete accurate, timely Iowa Code–compliant documentation daily in Setworks.
• Provide hands-on support in home and community settings including daily living, transportation, and safety.
• Administer and document medications per the six rights; maintain attendance and training compliance.
