Responsibilities

• Use approved behavioral strategies while respecting rights per the plan.
• Complete accurate, timely Setworks documentation daily per Iowa Code.
• Provide hands-on care in home and community settings, including daily living support and transportation.
• Administer and document medications following six rights and agency policies.
