Job summary

Minnesota Department of Human Services in St. Paul is seeking a HCBS Early and Often Compliance Team Supervisor to lead a statewide program ensuring licensing, enrollment, and compliance education for HCBS providers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in public sector supervision.
• Experience as supervisor, leadworker, team lead, or project lead.
• 1+ year identifying issues, goals and strategic actions.
• 3 years of professional work in supervision and compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Direct statutory compliance support visits and educate providers on licensing and Medicaid requirements.
• Promote voluntary compliance through coaching, consultation, and quality improvement.
• Coordinate guidance to improve provider readiness and regulatory compliance.
