Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an HBM SoC Design Engineer/Architect to design, integrate, and validate high-bandwidth memory-centric SoCs. You will work with architecture, RTL, verification, and physical design teams to meet performance and power targets.

The role emphasizes digital logic development, HBM architecture familiarity, and AI-enabled engineering methodologies to enhance productivity and quality. Collaboration across disciplines is essential in this fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering before start date.
• Experience in digital design, ASIC/FPGA, and RTL development.
• Knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL and FSM concepts.
• Understanding of timing, pipelining, and clock/reset strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and integrate digital logic for HBM SoC.
• Collaborate with architects and mixed disciplines to translate requirements into microarchitectures.
• Support verification, synthesis, STA, CDC analysis, and design reviews.
• Evaluate power, performance, area Tradeoffs and propose data-driven improvements.
• Develop automation and AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity.
