Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an HBM Memory Design Architect to design and analyze digital and analog circuits for cutting-edge memory products. You will simulate, optimize and floor plan DRAM circuits, evaluate full-chip functionality, and work with a highly innovative team to push architecture ideas and AI-driven design research.

Qualifications

• Extensive CMOS circuit design knowledge and device physics.
• Schematic entry and simulation experience with Finesim and/or HSPICE.
• DRAM product design/verification/layout experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with others.
• Good communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design and verification peers in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.
• Simulate, optimize and floor plan DRAM circuits.
• Evaluate full chip or block level functionality and provide solutions to ensure a functionally correct design.
• Collaborate with the design team on new architectures and AI-driven design research.
