Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in the United States is seeking an HBM SoC Design Engineer/Architect to contribute to design, integration, and validation of advanced HBM logic die and memory-centric SoCs.

You will work with experienced engineers to apply digital design and ASIC development skills, exploring HBM architecture, AI-enabled engineering methodologies, and high-performance memory-centric systems across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related)
• Advanced knowledge of digital design, ASIC/SoC development, FPGA design
• Experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL and digital design concepts

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and integrate digital logic and subsystem RTL using Verilog or SystemVerilog for next-gen HBM SoC solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into microarchitectures and interfaces.
• Support design-quality activities including simulation, synthesis, STA, CDC analysis, debugging, and design reviews.
