Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior or Graduate Engineering Intern to support digital design methodologies, timing analysis, and AI-assisted workflows for next‑gen HBM PHY/IO subsystems. You will work with experienced architects to validate architectures and improve design quality using Verilog/SystemVerilog, Python, and UVM‑based environments.

You will gain hands-on experience in automation, AI-driven design, and timing analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Understanding of digital design concepts: FSMs, pipelining, CDC, timing analysis, architecture.
• Experience with RTL design and verification using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar language; Linux-based development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital design, integration, and timing analysis for HBM PHY/IO subsystems.
• Develop and verify with Verilog/SystemVerilog and UVM environments.
• Create Python automation and AI workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, verification, and product teams.
• Document findings and present results in reviews and discussions.
