Job summary

Micron Technology invites a Senior or Graduate Engineering Intern to work with the Heterogeneous Integration Group, supporting digital design methodologies, automation and timing analysis for HBM PHY/IO subsystems. You will gain hands-on experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog, Python, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

You will collaborate across architecture, design, verification and product teams, contributing to design validation and efficiency while learning from experienced HBM

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in EE/CE/CS or related field.
• Strong grasp of digital design concepts: FSMs, pipelining, CDC, timing analysis.
• Experience with RTL design and verification using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Proficient in Python, C++, and Linux environments.
• Analytical, debugging and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital design, integration and timing analysis for HBM PHY/IO.
• Develop verification solutions using Verilog/SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Create Python-based automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, verification and product teams.
• Document findings and present results in design reviews.
