Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field completed prior to the employment start date.
• Strong foundation in CMOS circuits, digital or mixed-signal design, semiconductor devices, memory systems, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HBM and DRAM architectures using models, simulations, silicon data, and AI-assisted techniques.
• Develop modeling, simulation, and data-analysis methodologies for architecture exploration.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate implementation feasibility and design tradeoffs.
• Perform root-cause analysis using simulations and measured data to improve models.
• Communicate findings through presentations, architecture discussions, and documentation.
