You will work with experienced teams across architecture and design to analyze tradeoffs in performance, power, area, and manufacturability, leveraging AI and data-driven methods. Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field completed before start date.
• Strong foundation in at least two areas from the listed domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HBM and DRAM architectures using models, simulations, and AI-assisted techniques.
• Develop and apply modeling, simulation, and data-analysis methodologies for architectural exploration.
• Collaborate with architecture, circuit design, layout, packaging, product, and system teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis using simulation and measured data to improve model accuracy.
• Communicate findings through reviews and written documentation.
