Job summary

Micron Technology invites applications for a senior HBM Datapath Architect to design and optimize high-speed datapaths across core and logic dies, delivering industry-leading bandwidth and efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in high-speed datapath design (or 5+ years with a Master’s) and hands-on RTL/schematic experience, with strong collaboration across design, PHY, ECC, verification, and layout teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience or Master’s with 5+ years.
• 3+ years of high-speed digital datapath design (memory, SerDes, or SoC).
• 3+ years of hands-on digital schematic build, RTL, or mixed-signal datapath implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design HBM read and write datapath across core and logic die, including alignment, buffering, timing, and control logic.
• Develop high-speed, low-latency datapath circuits for multi-channel HBM architectures and wide internal buses.
• Collaborate with PHY, ECC, verification, layout, and system teams to deliver robust datapath designs.
