Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Analog Design Engineer for its High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) team in Richardson, Texas. You will architect, design, simulate, and bring up high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal circuits for HBM PHYs and related infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in high‑speed I/O, clocking, power management, and advanced-node analog design, with a track record of silicon ready for production.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong understanding of device physics and analog layout techniques.
• Experience with pre-layout and post-layout simulations and layout sign-off.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own critical HBMs analog circuits including transmitters/receivers and clocking blocks.
• Perform detailed pre-layout and post-layout simulations and PVT analyses.
• Collaborate with layout, digital, and test teams to ensure matching and EM/IR compliance.
• Drive layout-aware design optimizations for advanced nodes and establish best practices.
