Responsibilities

• Design and own critical HBMs analog circuits including transmitters/receivers and clocking blocks.
• Perform detailed pre-layout and post-layout simulations and PVT analyses.
• Collaborate with layout, digital, and test teams to ensure matching and EM/IR compliance.
• Drive layout-aware design optimizations for advanced nodes and establish best practices.
