Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join its High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) team in the United States. You will architect, simulate, and bring up high‑performance analog/mixed‑signal circuits for HBM PHYs and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities include designing critical analog blocks, clock generation/distribution, biasing, and power delivery networks. Strong layout collaboration and PVT analyses are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SPICE-based simulators (e.g., Spectre, HSPICE).
• Strong understanding of device physics and analog layout techniques.
• Experience with high-speed I/O, clocking, and power management.

Responsibilities

• Design and own critical HBM analog circuits including high-speed SERDES blocks.
• Develop and optimize clock generation, distribution (PLLs, DLLs, CDRs).
• Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations; analyze PVT and aging.
• Collaborate with layout, packaging, and test teams for floorplanning and symmetry.
• Drive layout-aware design practices for advanced nodes.
