Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly billing adjustments and obtain required approvals.
• Research and resolve routine and non-routine billing questions.
• Review invoices for completeness and accuracy; follow up on discrepancies.
• Post payments and apply to customer accounts; manage receipts.
• Assist with customer setup in billing system and support colleagues.
