Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a supervisor at our semiconductor manufacturing facility to lead field service teams in the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will guide training, prepare project estimates and proposals, and maintain professional client relations while meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or BA in related science, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years hazardous waste experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage team hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Comply with regulations and company policies; identify value-added opportunities.
• Maintain professional image and address client inquiries with solutions.
• Ensure DOT/EPA and VES-TS paperwork compliance.
• Ensure training completion including OSHA refresher.
• Oversee equipment operation and maintenance for efficiency.
