Job summary

Veolia is seeking a supervisor for a Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility in the North America region. You will lead field teams to safely dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all regulations and Veolia policies.

You will oversee training, paperwork accuracy for OSHA/HAZWOPER requirements, and the maintenance of equipment for optimal efficiency. A strong background in chemistry and 5–7 years in hazardous waste are required.

Excellent time management to handle multiple deadlines.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prepare and present reports and proposals.
Proficient computer skills for documentation and data tracking.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise field teams and subcontractors to deliver safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Ensure compliance with DOT/EPA/OSHA and Veolia policies; support training and safety programs.
Prepare project estimates, proposals, and assist with contract preparation.
