Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Supervisor for a Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility to lead field teams in the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The role coordinates subcontractors and staff, provides training, and supports contract preparation with project estimates.

You will ensure compliance with OSHA and internal policies, manage reporting, and drive safe, efficient operations while guiding team performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related science discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 5 to 7 years of hazardous waste experience.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, evaluate, and take disciplinary actions for team members.
• Comply with all applicable regulations and company policies; identify value-added services for customers.
• Answer inquiries, suggest solutions, and maintain a professional image with clients.
• Comply with health, safety, and departmental procedures.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of DOT/EPA and company paperwork.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of equipment for optimum efficiency.
