Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a capable supervisor to lead field teams in hazardous and non-hazardous waste services. The role focuses on safety, regulatory compliance, and effective service delivery to clients across North America.

You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure DOT/EPA compliance, and support training, proposals, and contract preparation while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Chemistry or related science and equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of hazardous waste experience and 1–2 years supervisory background.
• Strong communication, leadership, and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field teams and subcontractors to ensure safe disposal of waste.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, EPA and company policies.
• Train and mentor field staff; prepare estimates and assist with contracts.
• Maintain equipment performance and prepare reports.
