Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a supervisor for a semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will lead field teams, manage hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary actions, and ensure services are delivered in compliance with regulations and contract terms.

The role requires a BS in chemistry or related science, 5–7 years hazardous waste experience, and 1–2 years supervisory background. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a CDL; 40-hour HAZWOPER training is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related science required.
• 5–7 years hazardous waste experience required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages team(s) including hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Complies with all applicable governmental regulations and policies; recognizes opportunities to add value.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company procedures.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of DOT/EPA and VES-TS paperwork.
• Ensure mandatory OSHA training and refresher courses.
• Oversees operation and maintenance of equipment for efficiency.
