Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an Onsite Project Manager to supervise and coordinate hazardous waste receipt and shipment at a client site in the United States. The role ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and company policies, managing environmental tasks and waste disposal.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in hazardous waste experience, 3 years in project/business management, and 2 years leading an operations team, plus a 40-hour HazWoper certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Science or Business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hazardous waste experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a business or project management role.
• Minimum 2 years of managing an operations team.
• 40-hour HazWoper and 8-hour refresher certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate receipt and shipment of hazardous waste materials.
• Execute environmental compliance tasks to support plans and permits.
• Manage and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.
