Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of field employees responsible for the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide field personnel in all safety and procedural aspects.

The role requires 5–7 years of hazardous waste experience and 1–2 years of supervisory responsibility, with a focus on training, report preparation, and client-facing coordination.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or BA in a related science is required.
• 5–7 years hazardous waste experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field teams and coordinate subcontractors within regulatory guidelines.
• Provide guidance and training to field service employees.
• Prepare project estimates and assist with contract preparation.
• Ensure DOT/EPA and company regulatory paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain safety training and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Oversee equipment operation and maintenance for efficiency.
