Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Technical Services Representative to profile hazardous and non-hazardous waste and act as the main contact with disposal facilities. You will coordinate waste approvals, transportation logistics, and customer service while supporting Inside Sales, billing, and administrative tasks for the Little Rock location.

• Experience handling hazardous waste in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams to coordinate disposal.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for billing, work orders, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate waste approval and disposal with facilities.
• Support Inside Sales, billing, and administrative functions for the assigned location(s).
• Manage waste profiles, job logs, manifests, labels, and land ban documentation.
• Provide inside sales and technical support for waste disposal and transportation services.
• Prepare quotes for transportation and disposal services.
• Manage logistics for hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipments.
• Review and enter work orders in ERP systems (NetSuite) and WasteLinq.
• Reconcile completed job packets before invoicing and verify charges.
