• Serve as the primary point of contact for hazardous waste customers and provide timely support.
• Coordinate orders, service requests, scheduling, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Partner with operations, transportation, and sales to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Resolve inquiries and issues while maintaining accurate records and communications.
• Monitor accounts and identify opportunities to improve service quality and operations.
