Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a customer service-focused professional to act as the primary contact for hazardous waste customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate orders, service requests, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with operations, transportation, and sales to deliver excellent customer experiences. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hazardous waste customers, providing timely and professional support.
• Coordinate customer orders, service requests, scheduling, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with operations, transportation, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining accurate records and communications.
• Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational effectiveness.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and documentation requirements related to hazardous waste services.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to maintain tracking spreadsheets, organize data, and support forecasting and reporting activities.

• Competitive base salary $20.49 - $24.08 ($42,620 - $50,080)
