Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to quarterback the fulfillment process from customer order to billing. You will own communications, manage service requests and create accurate Jobs/Tickets, ensuring prompt, cost-efficient service in the Hazardous Waste division.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of technical customer support in hazardous waste or related fields, with strong organizational and communication skills to excel in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical field or similar.
• 1–3 years of technical customer support experience in hazardous waste/materials or similar industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories and provide an excellent customer experience through all aspects of the customer service cycle.
• Own the communication (internal and external) for all aspects of customer service.
• Take customer requests for service pickups and direct loads. Create jobs and tickets with accurate information.
• Provide support for quoting new service code categories to customers.
• Create new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) and select appropriate approvals codes with supervisor support when needed.
• Coordinate pickup requests with the operation scheduler and communicate scheduled dates to customers.
• Convert manifests prior to Veolia facility receipt and ensure paperwork is provided to billing.
