Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years related experience and 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with optical network testing gear (Viavi, EXFO).
• Familiarity with optical network platforms (Ciena, Cisco, Juniper).
• Experience with Government networks and fast-paced operations centers.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills on-island representative requirement for local support and meetings.
• Acts as program manager liaison with 1-hour response for face-to-face meetings.
• Leads all testing activities to meet contractual requirements.
• Provides troubleshooting and configuration expertise for network performance.
• Develops/enhances policies and reporting templates for customer needs.
• Interfaces with customers on service performance and coordinates downtime.
• Develops and presents briefings to senior military and civilian leaders.
• Gathers written documentation to support diverse operations environments.
