Cayuse Holdings in Pearl City, Hawaii seeks a Senior Network Specialist to oversee complex network operations across large environments, providing technical leadership and ensuring performance, availability, and security.

You will design LAN/MAN/WAN architectures, supervise multi‑functional IT teams, manage capacity planning, vendor evaluations, and system integration to support the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in network engineering, systems design, operations management, and team leadership in large-scale networking environments.
• Certifications (Required): CCNP, CCDP, CCSP, CCIP, CompTIA Security+.
• Expertise in routing, switching, security, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of multi-platform environments and vendor management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with stakeholders.
• Top-Secret security clearance required; background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level guidance and supervision for monitoring and directing information systems operations.
• Design, build, and implement robust network systems (LAN/MAN/WAN).
• Manage records and reports related to network operation and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues with timely resolution.
• Lead large-scale projects, including vendor evaluations and cost analyses.
• Analyze network traffic to plan capacity and improve performance.
