Job summary

Orion is seeking a Project Manager for marine construction in Hawaii. This on-site role leads project teams, manages costs, schedules, procurement, and safety to deliver complex marine and heavy civil projects across the islands.

Responsibilities include developing bid packages, coordinating with superintendents and field personnel, tracking performance, and ensuring profitable, timely completion. Local Hawaii candidates with island-market experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of construction experience.
• Prior experience in marine construction or heavy civil/self-perform environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management guidance and oversight for marine construction projects in Hawaii.
• Develop bid proposals and ensure timely submission.
• Manage costs, schedules, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project profitability.
