Job summary

Orion Marine Group in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead marine construction projects on the islands. You will develop bid packages, monitor costs, schedule activities, and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver safe, on-time, and profitable outcomes.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Mgmt and at least eight years in marine or heavy civil self-perform environments.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum eight (8) years of construction experience; marine, heavy civil, or self-perform environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management, self-perform construction operations, safety, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership to Orion's marine construction projects.
• Develop bid proposals for upcoming marine construction and services projects.
• Monitor costs, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders, and overall project execution.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Engineers, and field staff.
• Interface with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
