Orion Marine Contractors in Hawaii seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, self-performing marine and heavy civil construction projects. You will manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, from preconstruction through closeout.

The role requires eight+ years in civil/marine construction, proven leadership, and ability to travel for project assignments. Local Hawaii candidates are preferred and safety, quality, delivery, teamwork and integrity

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in marine/self-perform heavy civil construction.
• Senior PM delivering complex projects.
• Ability to travel for project assignments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution for ongoing and new marine/heavy civil projects.
• Provide leadership to superintendents, foremen, engineers, and field staff.
• Develop bid proposals and ensure timely submissions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control to meet profitability targets.
• Interpret plans and specs for customers, suppliers, and teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet timelines.
• Interface with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance on all sites.
