Job summary

Ruddfabricationservices in Hawaii is seeking friendly Lounge Staff (Customer Service) to support guests in a relaxed lounge environment. You will assist with daily operations across two locations in Waikiki and Ala Moana.

Role involves guest reception, maintaining the lounge, rentals, data entry, and handling inquiries about campaigns and credit card benefits. Weekend availability and full-time option preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work at both Waikiki and Ala Moana locations.
• Transportation allowance provided (bus pass or parking reimbursement, up to a limit).
• Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday is highly preferred).
• Flexible to work both early and late shifts.
• Available for full-time work (5 days per week) preferred but Part-time can be considered.
• Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
• Candidates with OPT are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests at the lounge reception.
• Maintaining the lounge environment (cleaning, organizing, restocking supplies).
• Handling stroller and umbrella rentals, as well as luggage storage.
• Data entry and simple reporting tasks using Excel or similar tools.
• Providing information on campaigns and promotions.
• Distributing and explaining promotional materials.
• Assisting customers with credit card theft or loss, including immediate reissuance support.
• Explaining credit card usage, reward points, and overseas travel insurance/benefits.
