Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Hawaii to warmly welcome guests from around the world, assist with check-in/out, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.

You will process transactions, balance cash, handle reservations, and respond quickly to guest inquiries while maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue keys, and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
