Job summary

Prince Waikiki in Honolulu is seeking a Club Lounge Ambassador (On-Call) to provide exceptional guest experiences at the Club Lounge. You will greet guests, ensure lounge cleanliness, and support registration, VIP handling, and coordination with Front Office teams.

The role requires strong customer service, English proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. On-call hours and operational flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication required.
• Experience with front desk tasks, check-ins, and guest requests preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all arriving/departing guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Set up and break down of food and drinks at the Club Lounge.
• Maintain supplies for the Lounge.
• Register guests and assist in VIP handling as needed.
• Coordinate with Guest Services and Concierge teams to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle guest problems or complaints with professionalism.
• Operate Front Office systems and run daily reports.
